A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appoiNtment to avoid a cancellation fee. cancellations made within 12 hours of a scheduled appoiNtment may be charged 50% of the services booked. last-minute cancellations without rescheduling may be charged the full price of the service booked
